The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium hosts international and IPL matches against a backdrop of snow-capped Dhauladhar peaks.
Opened in 2003, the HPCA Stadium sits at around 1,450 m and is famous for the snowy Dhauladhar range rising directly behind the pavilion. It has hosted Test, ODI, T20 International and IPL matches.
On non-match days visitors can usually enter the stands and the gallery for photographs. The stadium is in lower Dharamshala, close to the Kotwali Bazar and the War Memorial, so it fits easily into a local sightseeing day.
